![]() It looks like a picture taken in the 70's. It's actually from last thursday. That's a georg neumann disc cutting unit, one of the most recent, manufactured in 1978. We spent the whole morning cutting the master lacquer of naturelle ep, our hit for the summer! Yes probably I forgot to say that I recently set up an independent record label. I'm still working on the websites but you can regularly check the links below to see what I am up to in the meantime: ianus71 records system of survival and my alter ego dj identity: tage sabo big thanks to : curved pressing

| Mad-chester Run ! |

Another run, another day out, and again that guy that looks like me is twisting the knobs while the runners are passing by the DJ booth. This time in the background is the Manchester United Old Trafford football stadium, in front of it 25.000 runners passing by in order to finish the 10k of the Great Manchester Run on Sunday the 20th of March 2007. Sunny day with a lot of minimal techno coming out of the speakers as an Australian artist came to join the rest of us to party, dance and take pictures (have a look in the galleries , they are wicked! Thanks a lot!). Looking forward for next one.

| Putting the + after Nike |
|
Yes the one on the left looks like it's me on the "Warrior / NIKE+ 3" iPodJing, For the first time Apple and Nike together are promoting in the UK a range of new trainers that using a sensor and a receiver, they connect to the iPod nano in order to track your workouts while you listen to your music (www.nike.com/nikeplus). The first event was the Great Ireland Run in the Phoenix Park in Dublin on the 15th of April where 7000 people ran for 10k. My main role was to play the "powersongs" at the 5th kilometre in order to give a boost to the runners. Using a Numark iDJ wasn't the easiest thing to do, but they all enjoyed the music. This is to reproduce the situation of a typical run with an iPod playing music in your ears when it's linked to your shoes. It tells you all the details about your current run and at some point it plays your favourite powersong to make you go faster (!). It's a new concept of running, that's why they promise you that you will "Run like you've never run before".
